UTSA downtown expansion strategy advances with plans to purchase One Riverwalk Place

UTSA has announced the next step in its strategic vision to create new educational and workforce collaboration opportunities in downtown San Antonio. The university has signed a letter of intent to purchase One Riverwalk Place, an 18-story office building with nearly 265,000 square feet of space adjacent to the UTSA Southwest Campus.
