McGraw Hill Connect: On-Time Submissions Marked as Late

Academic Innovation has received reports of Connect assignments submitted on time being flagged as late in the Canvas Gradebook. McGraw Hill Support resolved this issue on October 1st, and it is recommended to resync all Connect Grades to ensure the proper submission times are recorded in Canvas.

Macmillan Learning: Duplicate Attempts in SpeedGrader

Academic Innovation has received reports of duplicate Achieve attempts being recorded in the Canvas Gradebook. This is causing assignments to be marked as late and students to receive an email notification each time grades are synced. We are actively working with Macmillan Support to resolve this issue.

There is no upcoming scheduled maintenance.
